Hiawatha workshop and lunch

In this weekend workshop led by Ojibway artist Hiawatha of Native Bebe, students will learn indigenous leather working techniques and skills needed for traditional beading. You can then choose to construct a warm and beautiful pair of traditional leather hide mittens, mukluks or moccasins. These can be decorated with fur, fringes and beads. All processes necessary for working with hide leather and beads will be taught during the workshop and all materials are included in the tuition fee.
