Formerly an Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Design at one of India's prestigious design institutions, NIFT, Susha Suresh has extensive experience collaborating with artisans and craftspeople. Specializing in designing wooden blocks and printed textiles for apparel and houseware, her creative inspiration stems from diverse elements of Indian art, architecture, and culture. Since relocating to Canada, she has conducted block printing workshops for prominent institutions such as the Textile Museum of Canada, Art Gallery of Mississauga, and Arts Etobicoke. Now settled in the Waterloo region, Suresh brings her global expertise in textile and design practices, passionately sharing her knowledge of art and printing techniques.
