In this one-day freeform crochet workshop students will learn the process and techniques needed to create one-of-a-kind florals using natural fibres. Move beyond the pattern and explore the creative possibilities of freeform crochet. Students are encouraged to bring their own floral reference but there will also be a selection to choose from. This workshop is recommended for crocheters with a strong understanding of basic stitches.

Michael (Mike) Donohue is a fibre artist exploring the relationship between colour, texture, and technique that translate the natural world into tactile, handcrafted fine art.
